Q. Are Drive Up and Revive A Drive solvents or acids?
A. Neither. They are water-based, non-hazardous cleaners. Products containing solvents and acids may pose health concerns.

Q. Do Drive Up or Revive A Drive foam when used?
A. Some foaming will occur since this has been built into the formulas to enhance the cleaning.

Q. Should you wet the surface first with water?
A. No. Never wet the area you are about to clean with water first since this dilutes the cleaner's concentration level.

Q. How are Drive Up Super Cleaner and Revive A Drive different from other degreasers on the market?
A. Other cleaners are just surface cleaners; they do not penetrate below the surface. However, Drive Up and Revive A Drive actually absorb below the surface, pulling up tough grease and oil.

Q. Are Drive Up and Revive A Drive safe if they're splashed onto painted surfaces?
A. Yes, they will not harm painted areas.

Q. What will happen if Drive Up Super Cleaner or Revive A Drive is rinsed into shrubs or vegetation?
A. Drive Up and Revive A Drive will not harm shrubs or vegetation. However, it is always recommended that these products not be directly rinsed onto landscaped areas since some temporary browning of shrubbery could occur.

Q. How long should Drive Up or Revive A Drive be left on an oil or grease spot on concrete or asphalt before rinsing?
A. First-time applications to heavy soils work best when left on at least three hours before rinsing. Overnight soaking can add effectiveness to deep, stubborn stains.

Q. Do you have to leave Drive Up or Revive A Drive soaking on a driveway for at least 3 hours to clean a spot?
A. No, however, since Drive Up and Revive A Drive are designed to actually penetrate below the surface into the pores of concrete or asphalt, the length of contact time can affect performance.

Q. Can Drive Up or Revive A Drive be used on a sealed concrete or asphalt surface?
A. Yes. We recommend any sealed surface be given 30 days of curing time before use, however.

Q. Is it possible that that the Drive Up or Revive A Drive is still working below the surface even after you rinse it off a spot?
A. Yes, in some cases Drive Up and Revive A Drive still clean below the surface, pulling up grease or motor oil that has built up over time. Sometimes a second application may be recommended.

Q. Should I ever scrub with Drive Up Super Cleaner or Revive A Drive?
A. Scrubbing is not required. Sometimes sealed garage floors may require slight brushing to evenly distribute the liquid.

Q. Is it necessary to have good water pressure when rinsing off Drive Up Super Cleaner or Revive A Drive?
A. Yes. Adequate water pressure and a garden hose with a nozzle are recommended when rinsing. Poor water pressure can affect performance.
